A multi-brand facialist, Helen will use an edit of products selected especially for therapeutic benefit during the treatment.

An energising facial massage for glow on-the-go.
The face is cleansed and sculpted with manual massage and lifting techniques using hands only.
Light lymphatic massage to neck and chest, relaxation massage to shoulders, and arms.
Hot cloths soothe and freshen. Skin is hydrated to finish.

The face is cleansed, gently exfoliated and sculpted with manual massage and lifting techniques using hands, therapeutic rose quartz mushrooms and ancient gua-sha.
The use of rose quartz in this ritual has been selected for it’s calming, soothing energy. The universal stone of love, rose quartz opens up the heart chakra, promotes self love and helps overcome feelings of self criticism, resentment and not being good enough as well as fostering empathy and forgiveness in others.

A complete skincare audit and in depth regime review personalised to your own individual requirements and skincare goals.
This is great for people at every stage of life from teens, to those noticing first signs of ageing, approaching or during pregnancy, mid-life, menopause and beyond. Also beneficial as a seasonal service to help select products as environmental changes occur.
Helen will share insider tips and tricks and design a completely bespoke skin care routine for you, to realistically fit with lifestyle and budget, preferences towards fragrance and textures and compatibility alongside products you may already own.
This is a rare opportunity to glean impartial advice from a professional without pressure of any hard sell to follow. You can relax in the knowledge that all recommendations are honest and there’ll be a selection of test products available to try on your skin during the session for a hands-on experience.
